Programming and Software Applications at MCSR

A number of programming languages and environments are available on MCSR systems, as well as several packaged scientific applications. Follow the links below to find information on getting started using these software tools on your MCSR accounts.

If you need to run an application on one of the supercomputers, and don't see it listed below, let us know of your need and we'll explore options with you for getting and installing the software for your use.
