Address Book
1. Click on Tools, Address Book to open up the address book.
2. The Address Book window pops up.
3. Click on the new button and choose New Contact to add a new member to the address book.
4. A window pops up to fill in some information. May sure an email address is inputed and press Add.
5. The new entry will appear in the Address Book window now.
6. To send an email to this individual, highlight the entry, press the right mouse button, and choose Action, and then Send Mail.
