Filtering Emails
1. To filter email messages, go to Tools, Message Rules, and Mail.
2. Different mail rules can be set up in this window. To make a new one, click on New.
3. A mail rule window pops up to specify is to be done with the incoming email messages. The conditions can be specified here such if the Emails are from a certain person, contains a certain subject, if the body of the email contains a certain word or if the email is address to a particular person. The action of the filter can be set to move the message to a certain folder, copy it to a certain folder, delete it (place in the trash folder), or forward it to another individual.
In section 3 of the window, click on the conditions to modify them.
4. Give a name for the new mail rule and press OK.
5. From now on, all mail meeting the specified conditions will be handled as you specified.
