CMRG Site Updated

The UM School of Engineering's Composite Materials Research Group (CMRG) website provides a portal for researchers to search for different publications on composite materials literature. The website was originally developed with help from MCSR consultants, using an Informix back-end with Perl/CGI scripting. Recently, MCSR student consultant Steven McGowen ported the database from Informix to MySQL, and provided a more user-friendly, more maintainable facility for uploading data. The website front-end runs on the UM campus web server, and continues to be maintained Dr. James Vaughan and Dr. Ellen Lackey of the UM Mechanical Engineering Department. The backend services run on an MCSR server.
