Dr. Svein Saebo, Professor of Physical Chemistry at Mississippi State, presented a poster entitled "Low Scaling Methods for Electron Correlation." (JPEG) Brandon Bogard presented a poster on oceanographic forecasting system validation, on behalf of Dr. Germana Peggion, Research Scientist in Oceanographic Modeling at the University of Southern Mississippi (JPEG Closeup JPEG ). Finally, Luis A. Parra, Ph.D. student in the Graduate Program in Scientific Computing at the University of Southern Mississippi, presented, on behalf of Dr. Dexuan Xie and two other Ph.D. students (Jun Xie and Huiqing Yang), a poster on three parallel computing projects going on at that university
